Extraordinary Test driving a MB car was not planned. We drove all the way fr. Palo Alto where I worked to test drive another brand , which unfortunately did not Test driving a MB car was not planned. I decided to drop by at a nearby car dealer;next thing I know as I was parking my car a cheerful gentleman greeted me and my co-worker with a warm hello . Mr. George Loh introduced himself and offered to assist us. Although, I did not end up buying the car I test drove since my heart belongs to another brand. My overall experience with Mr. George Loh is something worth sharing. He offered me a real good deal that I almost gave up the thought of test driving the car that I plan to purchase from different brand name.. I would definitely recommend and pass on to others my exceptional customer service experience Mr. Loh had shown. Kudos to him ! If I would have to rate my experience I will give it 200% . Although, Mr.Loh did not closed the deal he still exerted effort to call me the following day to let me know that I left my glasses inside the car I test drive and I can pick it up anytime. In the future, if I decided to switch to MB I will surely drive back and look for Mr George Loh. More
