Great experience I stopped in to check out the availability of the new GLs. Unfortunately, they only had 1 used vehicle, but the vehicle fit what I was looking for as I stopped in to check out the availability of the new GLs. Unfortunately, they only had 1 used vehicle, but the vehicle fit what I was looking for as far as the condition/spec. I was assigned to Faruq and enjoyed how personable and professional he was. He brought out the Used Car manager to work directly, and without excessive fuss or issues. We worked out an acceptable price, and I purchased the car. The main part I am pleased with is the after purchase service/care he provided. He has always been available to try to assist in anything I need, even if it not a car sales matter. I have since recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so. Great Experience! More

It was a week day when we bought the car. we begin the process at 6:30, and the deal is dne at 8pm. Tom and the team worked with us with patience. He smiles and answer all our questions and concerns about the used car. As you know, it is always a concern for used cars. When the maintanence is needed, they offer an driver to pick us the car from our home, leave a rental car for us to drive. After the maintnence is done, the driver would drop our car, and take the rental car. It was great experience which saved us a lot of time. Tom is also very helpful. He helped us to remove a dent after the deal is done. We have been several dealer place when buying this car (different brands). The service in this dealship is the best. More

I wasn't expecting to leave the dealership with a new car that day since I had just taken my E350 coupe in for service. I never felt like I was being forced into buying a new car because it was very casual. Sure, I went back and forth with the sales manager, but that's all part of the game. After a few hours, we finally settled on a price that I was comfortable with and I drove off the lot with a brand new GLK. With most car transactions, your communication and relationship stops as soon as you drive off. However, Shak has kept in touch. This is the first for me! I will definitely be a continued customer of Fletcher Jones in Fremont. More
