He is very attentive to all your questions and very sincere to all his answers. He is not just a sale specialist who want to make a sale and get his commission and once the sale is consummated will move on to the next customer. Faruq is very courteous and knowledgeable. He showed me the car features in detail and helped me set-up all the bells and whistles of my vehicle. What impressed me is when I went back to the dealership for a service. Faruq entertained and stood beside me at the service area and made sure that all my needs were met. He does not care if he loses a sale as long as all my needs were met. Also at the end of the day, he fetched my wife in the waiting area, opened the door, waited for my wife to get secured on her seat then closed the passenger door of my SLK. Both Tom Hamid and the General Sales Manager Ray Wahab were extremely helpful. Tom in particular was patient in showing us many cars and steered us in the direction that makes sense. I already had an idea of some of the pros and cons of the models but hearing it from these professionals seemed to help us pick the right car. Thanks Tom for the experience and your great attitude during the whole process. While I shopped for a luxury vehicle I had read so many reviews that were not so great about many sales people, service and dealership. Working with Tom, Ray and Fletcher Jones was unlike anything I expected. In fact we even went to other brand dealerships and got totally turned off by their "same old style" of dealing with customers. We have many friends who have worked with Tom and all of them have good things to say about him. He was very prompt in contacting us when I left an inquiry and kept his promise of taking good care of us. What makes our most recent purchase with Marvin an amazing experience was how quickly and to the point he made our business. He was attentive to every detail, right down to our comfort at the dealership. He was able to work with our situation without stalling and my family and I felt like we were being treated as part of the fletcher jones family. He also went above and beyond by looking into my father's current car situation and was able to help him get a new and better car that was within his price range and worth what he was paying for. When it came to explaining the cars we had purchased, such as their options, packages, and services, Marvin and Tom made sure we wouldn't leave without knowing how to use our vehicle and it's services to the best of it's capabilities. Although this purchase was quicker than previous ones, it did not feel rushed at all, which really did make the biggest impact on us. Also, Marvin and Tom were able to get an even better car package than I had originally wanted but still staying within my budget.
