I started the communication with Farug back in Sept'13 on the new S-Class I desired. The new design, color & options combination I wanted was a tough find without going thru pre-ordering, Farug wo Sept'13 on the new S-Class I desired. He was never pushy and always pleasant to speak to. Eventually, I was able to locate a car with another dealership who offered slightly discounted price (via my credit union partnership), at the same time Farug was also able to trade-in a car with all the bells-n-whistles I wanted as well. In the end, despite the lower price with the other dealership, I still closed the deal with Farug for his sincereness and gentleness. After the purchase, Farug would accommodate my schedule and met with me at the dealership on his day-off to show me the car features in detail.
