I have placed an order for brand new custom GL450 in August and finally it has been delivered in October and right from the beginning to the end - it was amazing to work with Marvin. He is extremely hard working, always prompt in response, very detailed oriented and I remember the delivery day - when he left at 10:30PM in night and not until my car was delivered satisfactorily and not until all my questions were answered. I am not a person who easily settles down with an expensive purchase and in this process I have worked/contacted with atleast 25+ Mercedes Benz dealers in Norhtern & Souther California including all the dealers in Bay Area and I have no hesitatation to say that Marvin is the top salesman and Fletcher Jones Fremont is the best. I rated the customer service a 5 because of the level of attention you receive here. Everyone from the sales manager to the service manager takes the time to introduce themselves to you, learn your name, and let you know they are there for you if you need help or have any questions. I also gave this dealership a 5 for quality of work. They make you feel like your the only one their, and they do a great job of explaining all options available to you. The 5 for friendliness was a no brainer. This dealership has a lot of great personalities, including Faruq, who seemed to remember even the smallest of details about me from my last purchase. He had a good time sharing stories while waiting for the "numbers guys" to finish working there magic. Obviously my overall experience was fantastic, and would recommend them (especially Faruq) to anyone. I would have never bought the car if the price wasn't right. I was hesitant in both instances that we would come to terms on the pure numbers of the car. They seem to always make it work.
