My wife and I had gone to the dealership this last weekend with the intent of test driving a few vehicles, possibly purchasing one. Mike greeted us as we entered the showroom and proceeded to listen t weekend with the intent of test driving a few vehicles, possibly purchasing one. Mike greeted us as we entered the showroom and proceeded to listen to what we were looking for with great attention. I appreciate that he didn't try to push any particular vehicle on us, but that he listened to what we were looking for and showed us what he thought was the best fit. He was well-informed and was able to answer most of our questions, and offered to seek answers elsewhere if we posed a question he was unable to answer. We decided on a vehicle that the dealership did not have in stock, and Mike immediately got on the phone and managed to procure one from a sister dealership. We then settled down to negotiate a price. This took some time, but ultimately I am satisfied with what we paid. Mike understood what we were willing to pay and went to great lengths to successfully get the price within the range we were willing to pay. Once the car was on the dealership grounds, it wasn't quite as pristine as we felt it should have been, it having just come from the detailing site behind the dealership. In response to this, Mike happily took the car back and said "I'll take car of it." He returned a short time later, car in tow. He patiently walked us through the functions of the car and made himself available for questions the remainder of our time there until we drove the car off the lot, quite happy with the whole experience. We are very happy with the car, and should we choose to buy another Mercedes, we will return to Fletcher Jones of Fremont, and buy it from Mike, as our first experience was such a good one. More

This must have been the best experience in my life time of purchasing a new car. As most know, purchasing a car can be very stressful. I think the most consumers feel the pressure from the sales person, most of time it's hard to believe what the sales person is saying. You're not sure if they're just trying to sell you higher priced car for their commission or they really care and concern about customers needs. Well, my experience with Mike was wonderful, one of the easiest experience i've ever had in purchasing a new car. I'm so happy that i have listened to him in trading my range rover 2014 eclass. I must also mention they have given me more trade in dollar amount then any other dealerships that i have shopped around. He also listened to my preference and i saw how hard he was working on locating my exact preference where as other salesperson at other dealership will try to just dump whatever they want to sell on you. The facility is remodeled and very accommodating and the fact that i was simply in and out was so impressive and satisfying!! I'm beyond happy and satisfied with my purchase but also beyond impressed and satisfied with Mike's service he's kind sincerely and very professional! I will be referring Mike to anyone that i know that's looking into purchasing mercedes. I'm very confident that my referred friends and family wil be just as happy and satisfied with their experience. I'm one of those that get very tired of driving same vehicle for a longterm and i also enjoy driving high end vehicles there for i can confidently say I'm experience enough with highend deanships and sales associates. Again i must say this was the best experience that i ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. I will be coming back here to upgrade my eclass to either cl or sclass and i certainly will be coming back to Mike for the purchase. I give Mike and Fletcher Jones mercedes 10 10 10 x 10 rating.
