Last Monday we came here to window shop new car for myself. I was planning to trade my year 2006 MB for quite some time but have not decided to trade with which model. While we were doing our window sh myself. I was planning to trade my year 2006 MB for quite some time but have not decided to trade with which model. While we were doing our window shopping, met up with Mike Alkaddomui, he offered his assistance to show us around and provide some detail explanation on couple of models, drove couple of cars. I was not planning or prepared at all to trade my car on that day but end of the day, around 8PM I just could not able to say NO to Mike and decided to drive back my new E350. He put so much effort, time and patience and finally able to convinced me to drive back my new car. I am still not sure whether I made the correct decision on that day or not but I am extremely happy with my new E350. I came to the dealership knowing exactly what model I was looking for. Mr. Hamid came to greet my husband and I immediately, was very pleasant and professional and took us right over to exactly what I wa was looking for. He fully explained the basic operations and also went over many of the optional features before I took my test drive. I had come to comparison shop between Mercedes Benz and BMW and I loved the styling of the Mercedes and the redesigned interior of the GLK is just gorgeous. After I purchased my beautiful new Mercedes, Mr. Hamid made sure all of my questions were answered, I was all setup with the mbrace services and had a full tutorial of how to fully enjoy my fabulous new SUV. I can't tell you how much I love my new Mercedes! I have been trying out all the features of mbrace, updating my facebook status right from the MB app and sending directions from Google maps to waiting for me in the nav! I absolutely love it. I would definitely recommend Mr. Hamid to any friends looking for their next new luxury vehicle. More
