My daughter and son-in-law bought a E350 sedan with Tom Hamid about 3 weeks ago and I was with them during the sale. I was immediately impressed with the entire buying process and especially Tom's experti Hamid about 3 weeks ago and I was with them during the sale. I was immediately impressed with the entire buying process and especially Tom's expertise, kindness, low key manner and his ability to work with their budget and desire. I was so impressed with Tom and the entire team at Fletcher Jones that i decided to purchase a car with them as well. I received a call from Dody Abshir yesterday and we talked about what I was looking for and my budget and trade-in circumstances. He immediately assured me that he would work with me to get the best deal possible. I told him that my daughter had worked with Tom and, how great the experience was and he told me he would leave Tom a note and let him know I was coming in. We scheduled an appointment and I went in today and bought my E350! He showed me the 3 cars we discussed on the phone, we went for a test drive and I made my decision. Dody was wonderful and Tom checked in with me several times to assure that things were going well with the sale. The deal was completed quickly and I am very happy that I returned to Fletcher Jones to buy my car. Tom, Dody and Shaun (finance) are the absolute best and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Thank you for my beautiful car and the positive buying experience! I stopped by Fletcher Jones without an appointment and not expecting much from a dealership on the auto mall. I was greeted by Nav upon arrival and I told him I was just a looky-loo who only wanted to si not expecting much from a dealership on the auto mall. I was greeted by Nav upon arrival and I told him I was just a looky-loo who only wanted to sit in a C250 to feel the size. In fact, I was seriously considering some other makes & models and was within hours of making a final decision. Nav patiently showed me the C250, listened and asked questions, and after I decided the C-class was too small, he guided me to the E350. Although I was sure the E-class was out of my price range, he was much more optimistic that we could make a deal. Nav spent hours working with me, listening carefully to my requirements & crunching numbers until we finally (after almost 8 hours!!) found the perfect car with all the right options. At no point did I feel pressured, manipulated or that I was receiving anything less than first class treatment, despite the fact that I showed up in a 10 year-old Toyota looking like a slob. Nav spent all day working with me and was able to put together a good deal for me. Special thanks to Dody who assisted me with some technical issues and to Shaun who stayed late to finish my lease deal. I feel very satisfied that I not only got exactly the car I wanted, but got it at a great price, from a great dealership that will stand behind their cars and take great care of their customers. When my lease is up, it's very likely that I'll be coming back to Fletcher Jones. More

Sam Wali is quite an impressive young man whose car knowledge and experience go a long ways! He's pretty subdued and doesn't pressure you in buying. Yet, when he started explaining the features of the car, my husband and I were pretty amazed of his expertise on the perks & selling points of the car. He knows it well and it brought us to the next level of taking ownership of the vehicle so we could apply what he explained. We we're already sold by his professionalism and he stepped up the level of customer service by calling us after the sale to show us the different features and how to customize the set up for both my husband & I. He doesn't stop on the sale it self but follows through the process of explaining and educating on what a great car he sold us. This after the sale process really seals the customer service quality of Sam & Fletcher Jones. Rate you 5 for Great Service & Expertise! We truly enjoy the experience and thank you Sam Wali! I had the pleasure of working with Marvin at Fletcher Jones of Fremont, this was a outstanding customer new car, just kidding. All thanks to Marvin. I had the pleasure of working with Marvin at Fletcher Jones of Fremont, this was a outstanding customer service that deserved the acknowledgment. I had visited dealership multiple times and even late at nighst, but Marvin was extremely professional, smiling and detailed to provide me all the details of the cars available on the lot and their specifications. He was ready to stay late beyond his working hours to ensure i have all my questions answered. He was never a pushy sales guy. This is my first experience with Mercedes and Marvin has proven that Mercedes is par excellence. He personally picked me up from my home on the day of delivery and spent almost an hour explaining all the features and again was in no hurry to move on to the next customer. In my mind Marvin is epitome of excellence as a Sales person with high customer satisfaction ethics that shows in his dealings with his customers. More

We recently purchased a new 2013 GL 450. Marvin Ledesma was recommended highly by my father-in-law. He answered all of our questions and was able to provide us with a few package options. He didn't waste our time haggling about the price, his main concern was to first find us the car we wanted. He also suggested that we try out the car before we make the decision. After figuring out what options we wanted, he was able to find the car and make sure it was delivered to us in a timely manner. He made sure we were in communication via email, text, cell, & fax! It was easy to contact him and he always gave us a quick response. Not only was his service awesome, but he was able to give us an offer we couldn't refuse. Mike also introduced us to the GM Mr. Mike Bates, who also was very kind and warm. At this dealership customer satisfaction is the #1 priority, Fame even went out of his way to buy my son some dinner and he stood extra late to make sure we were happy with the deal. Finance Manager Shaun Graef also continued the trend of great customer service. Shaun was also very informative and helpful with the loan process and made us feel very comfortable. My husband and I just purchased a new GLK from Fletcher-Jones (Fremont) and had an overall great experience. The only reason I rated Customer Service as Good was because there was a mix-up pertai Fletcher-Jones (Fremont) and had an overall great experience. The only reason I rated Customer Service as Good was because there was a mix-up pertaining to one of the keys for the vehicle. Communication was lacking insofar as advising us of the process and expected time frame for delivery of the other key. I would rate Fletcher Jones dealership “Sam Wali (Salesman), Mike Ramish (Sales Manager), Joe Defreitas (Service Advisor) as well as the Financing guy AJ all 5 Stars”. I was completely taken away with how wonderful and memorable they made this experience for our family. My husband and I were looking for a vehicle. We visited several other Mercedes dealerships in Stockton and Modesto, but never found what we where looking for and the customer service was just “Ok”. I came upon Fletcher Jones website on the Mercedes dealership and was completely impressed in how well they listed their cars details in their carfax reports. My husband and I decided to drive all the way from Stockton, Ca to Fremont to find my dream car and were completely taken away right from the start with the high quality customer care service we received. It all started when we arrived to Fletcher Jones and was approached in a very professional (none pushy) manner by Sam Wali. Sam was very friendly, outgoing and very personable. He listen to all our needs and took in all the information and data in what we where looking for. We where then next introduced to our car of our dreams (which we purchased that same evening). Sam took the time to educate us on all the aspects, details and safety points of the car. I was extremely impressed with the high level of education, knowledge he had about the vehicle. Upon, asking questions about maintenance, Sam was quick to guide us in the right direction and we meet Joe Defreitas. I was astounded by how kind, soft spoken and attentive Joe was. We where completely won over, because he stopped what he was working on, to go over in great detail what types of services and maintenance one will have to maintain in purchasing a vehicle. Joe was so gracious and without asking us, he printed a document that listed these service, so where we could look them over during our decision process. After having all our questions and concerns answered we felt good about moving forward. We came across Mike Ramish. Mike was very pleasant and personable. We expressed to Mike our goals in mind, which he worked extremely hard to get us an excellent rate and deal. Thank you all for making this the best experience and birthday ever.
