I have purchased 5 cars from Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton over the past 20 years. I went to purchase another vehicle from them this year for my wife and was surprised that they were unable to meet my needs over the past 20 years. They also told me I could never purchase the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I was amazed at their response, as I felt I made a reasonable offer for the car we wanted. One of my friends told me to try Fletcher Jones, because they had a great recent experience in buying a car. They also recommended Mike Kadomi as a salesman. I called Mike the same day and was pleased to see that he was able to work with me on the sale of the same car Pleasanton refused to. Mike was the best salesman I have ever dealt with at a Mercedes dealership. I did my homework and told him what I wanted and was willing to pay, which I felt was low, but fair. Mike never hesitated to fight for the price I wanted and was able to get the deal approved within an hour. He never made me go back and forth with a price and was always up front with me about the cost of the car and its options. When we arrived to get the car, Mike was there and was a pleasure to deal with. The thing I was most impressed with, was Mike's excitement about our new car. While going over the car with us, he was excited to explain all of its options and was extremely patient with us about how to work each of the options it had. I have to be honest, neither my wife or I have ever dealt with such a sincere, open and honest salesman like we found in Mike. I had to call him back because I had a question a few days later. Mike was right there, even though it was his day off, he answered my question and never made me feel bad for calling on his day off. My wife and I both believe Mike is an exceptional salesman, who represents Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz extremely well. Because of Mike Kadomi, we will now be purchasing future cars from this dealership and no longer from Pleasanton. I also want to add that Aslam Ebrat, the finance person, also was outstanding. He got us an interest rate that was lower than any other we looked at. He was also a pleasure to work with and had a great sense of humor. He didn't try to hard sell us on any after care, he just explained each to us and let us decide. Aslam was a pleasure to deal with and another reason we will continue to purchase future cars from this dealership. Marvin Ledesma was the first one to respond; he was persistent yet patient, friendly and helpful (and funny too!), responsive via email at all hours of the day/night, and… he gave me the BEST DEAL! I never thought that leasing a car could actually be such a painless process, but Marvin was able to make it an enjoyable and pleasurable experience. Marvin came in on his day off to meet with me and let me test drive the car (even though I had already test driven a GLK at my local dealer, I had wanted to test drive the actual car I was going to go home with, and Marvin cheerfully complied). Working with Kuya Nonoy is not really considered "working," instead you can call it like a "walk in the park."
