My very first Mercedes [ :) ] and by far the best customer service experience. As soon as we arrived, despite our young appearance, George was respectful and treated us like any other client. He greeted us and allowed us to look, test drive and dream at our own pace. Since the SLK is only a two-seater, George offered to take both myself and my boyfriend to test drive separately. Now, realistically, anyone can want a luxury car but can we really afford it? Where the 'magic' happened and the most memorable part of the experience was when George and Mike worked with you to make it happen. This was not the expected 'pressure the client to purchase a vehicle' but rather to build a strong relationship, trust and understanding what they can do to meet our financial means. Excluding the actual details, we probably went back and forth more than 10 times but George and Mike did not give up nor did they give us the 'stink eye'. They spent 7 hours working with our budget, allowing us to take the car to grab lunch and give us more than enough time to think - i've never heard of a dealership that would invest in that much time and effort in what can potentially be for nothing. Up until getting the keys to my brand new Mercedes, George, Mike and Aslam worked it. Did I mention that our initial intentions was a quick test drive before grabbing lunch?
