I took a good 20 minutes to make appointment in this dealer, took off from work. When I went to this dealer a guy named MIKE ASHER did nothing but HARRASH ME, he had someone in my car test drive it with dealer, took off from work. When I went to this dealer a guy named MIKE ASHER did nothing but HARRASH ME, he had someone in my car test drive it without my permission, did not take the car for service at all, when I asked for the car wash YELEED AT ME saying that is only for people who purchase the car there? I purchased 10000 dollars warranty and I was told that I could go to the Mercedes Benz dealer anywhere in US. I called the EXUCTIVE ASSISTANT, She was nice and tried to help, however I was told that I needed to go there for a TEST DRIVE REALLY? This is how they fix the cars for all the customers? DISGUSTING ...NEVER GOING TO THIS DEALER AGAIN. More
