Joey Gulo and team helped me out of my over-mileage 2016 C300 six months early and got me a great deal. I had one small issue and they resolved it immediately. In a past life I was in the car business. The true mark of a great store is how they handle problems when they arise (and they always arise). Very Happy.

I changed over from BMW three cars ago (the service at Sterling is atrocious) and frankly, I am on my third Mercedes and I drive the car more for the service than for the car - although the car is great.
