I was originally going for a service A, but on the way to the dealership on off the belts broke which resulted in me having to call roadside assistance. I was in communication with the service department and the dealership on off the belts broke which resulted in me having to call roadside assistance. I was in communication with the service department and they were so helpful and kept me informed about the status of my car from start to finish as well as gave me a courtesy car. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any Mercedes dealership and I will continue to return for service as well as for my next purchase within the next 6 months! More
