Of course the service is exceptional as usual. This time, my loaner car’s battery died and I had to take my husband to the hospital. Fletcher Jones employees dropped my car off at the hospital so I could tak my loaner car’s battery died and I had to take my husband to the hospital. Fletcher Jones employees dropped my car off at the hospital so I could take him to his next appointment. They were in contact with me the whole time. That was above and beyond!! I was very grateful for that!!! More
