Leslie was very helpful. Five stars times ten is how good she is with not only service abilities but in personality. What was discovered while my SL500 was with Fletcher was leaking valve covers. Issue there is I had recently had the gaskets replaced by an independent service and obviously a mistake. Sure enough Mercedes may change a bit higher hourly rate but truth is it is worth it to know things are done correctly. Cant say enough good things about Leslie and Fletcher Jones. If you buy a good car, then excellent service only makes sense. More
