From the initial call to set up the appointment to the service writer and rental car, all of the staff were helpful and pleasant. I dropped my car off and was out in less than 30 minutes. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient. I received updates about the status of repairs and when to expect my vehicle. I made my payment online and sent a text to the service writer for when I wanted to pick my car up. I picked up my vehicle in 30 minutes. No problems and no hassles.
