E300 A Service My service advisor is Randy Lemus. Randy is taken care of me for probably at least the last 3 cars I've had. I schedule an appointment I don't wait m My service advisor is Randy Lemus. Randy is taken care of me for probably at least the last 3 cars I've had. I schedule an appointment I don't wait more than 5 minutes or so and I'm sitting at his desk having a chat like old times. It's friendly and personable knowledgeable about the vehicle that I drive. Typically I'm out of his office in about 5 minutes in over to the loaner car department where I wait maybe 5 minutes and they get me on my way. As promised the next day I get a phone call from Randy my car's ready. I receive a text and say I'll be there at 5:30. I sit with Randy for about 5 more minutes sign my service order in head over to valet were my cars delivered nice and clean and about 3 or 4 minutes. The valet is very friendly and they offer water as usual. In-and-out maybe in 15 minutes that's efficient. 20 years ago or so I never figured I'd step foot into Fletcher Jones fortunately I did and with every car purchased or leased from their I've had nothing but great luck. Chances are the next time I step into the dealership is when my next service is due. I've got nothing but great things to say about Fletcher Jones staff their friendly cheerful and prompt. More
I had the most wonderful surprise. I brought my vCar in I had the most wonderful surprise. I came in with my 2017 AMG that had just been rear ended to see the best service rep ever Rob Draper This man ca I had the most wonderful surprise. I came in with my 2017 AMG that had just been rear ended to see the best service rep ever Rob Draper This man can fix anything has the answer for every problem I have ever presented him with over the years we have worked together and always has a million solutions up his sleeve. I thought I needed a repair and a rental car. What Rob pulled out of his sleeve was Phil Rotar and between the two of them they presented the most elegant wonderful solution ever : I should have a new car. The deal was born. I ended up driving out with a brand new 2019 AMG no hassle and just made my day I came in tears and left with the biggest smile. I got such TLC from Rob Draper and Phil Rotar who started the process by coming up with the simple solution of just starting over with a new car and not worrying about the car in the accident Then miracle of miracles. It was meant to be because I had the same finance manager I worked with two years ago when I bought my first AMG. Mike just puts you at ease and glides you through the finance process he is so thorough so professional and so helpful He answered all my silly questions and He even scheduled my lo jack installation it was like having a big brother solve every problem immediately completely with no hassle. Of course Phil just gets you so excited you walk around on a high. He was a great listener and smoothed the whole deal for me. I had not planned to buy a car and had no bank checks with me for the deposit and was about to just run home to get a check and he just restructured the deal so I could get the deposit in on a credit so I could complete everything and drive off with the new car right then and there Then I got to Payden what patience what calm and don’t you dare laugh I finally learned which button makes the back windshield work. Honestly Payden was so nice about my lack of knowledge regarding all the buttons he set up my phone my music and the navigation. My car growls and purrs it goes 90 miles in 2 seconds it’s so smooth and I just feel like a really “bad girl” when I drive it. For a conservative physiciian that’s something else. So thank you to my crew at FJ for making my day turning tears to laughter and allowing me to continue despite the accident to feel those “really bad girl” moments uninterrupted. Hugs all around. More
