Certified 2019 Lincoln Navigator I found my Navigator online through Edmunds. I called the dealer and was connected with Joe Bianco in sales. I live in NJ and did not intend to drive I found my Navigator online through Edmunds. I called the dealer and was connected with Joe Bianco in sales. I live in NJ and did not intend to drive to RI to see the vehicle before purchasing it. I needed to trust Joe's recommendation/opinion. After Joe reviewed the Navigator himself he reassured me it was in pristine condition. Their Business Manager Blake Enright overnighted me the paperwork with an envelope to overnight it back to him with the signed documents. The vehicle was then delivered two days later to me in NJ, and it is perfect!! I would highly recommend using Flood Ford. Their staff if highly professional, genuine and trustworthy! More

Very surprised to get a call telling me that it would cost over $350 to perform a diagnosis on my car. Then they would provide me with a quote for the work. I decided to go elsewhere. Ended up on Google cost over $350 to perform a diagnosis on my car. Then they would provide me with a quote for the work. I decided to go elsewhere. Ended up on Google which provided advice on how to fix my heater. I did it myself in my driveway, no cost! Glad I didn’t leave the car there for the fix. More
