They forgut to put oil in the engine I an very unhappy with the service , they forgot to put to put oil in the engine. I drove it nine [9] miles . when i called they sent someone out to I an very unhappy with the service , they forgot to put to put oil in the engine. I drove it nine [9] miles . when i called they sent someone out to put oil in the engine , took it in the next day . change the oil & filter .[they cut open the filter ] My problem is that an engine with no oil for 9 miles hast to have internal damage. Poor quality 2013 Fusion Hybrid My wife has a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid that has turned into one of the worst vehicles we have owned. With less than 60K miles on it the transmission h My wife has a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid that has turned into one of the worst vehicles we have owned. With less than 60K miles on it the transmission had to be repaired - the car was at the dealership for approximately 3 days - the cost to repair this would have been around 1500 or more had it not been under warranty. At approximately 60K miles we had to replace the brakes and tires - we were originally told that because it was a hybrid the brakes should last longer - as it turned out they lasted far less than any other vehicle we have owned. At 68K miles we had to replace a coil, spark plugs and the CO2 cartridge all the tune of $800 - this is outrageous that a vehicle that is only driven locally, garaged , and with less than 70K miles on it has had to have these items replaced. I have never had to replace a coil or replace spark plugs on any vehicle with less than 100K - Ford quality has escaped this vehicle and I doubt I would consider another Ford vehicle. Easy to work with over other dealerships! I had test drive and spent the day with a dealer in Norwood. The sales team there, though friendly, did not listen to what I wanted and literally push I had test drive and spent the day with a dealer in Norwood. I would have just ordered what I wanted if they took the time to listen to what I wanted. I found a car in Narragansett, RI so I called and spoke to Jim on the phone. He was great! He listened to what I was looking for and found me options! I drove 1.5 hours a couple days later, explored my options and settled on the car I had wanted and in a better price range! Both Jim’s gave me a great deal on my trade and the financing/registration was seamless! I am so happy I took the chance to go out of my way, than try to buy a car closer to home. Don’t go any place else! I highly recommend Flood Ford! More
