Well, I had a good experience until it was time to claim my "we owe you". They put a date on my paperwork to claim it by which only gave me days to resolve the issue, knowing life happens, they are playing the game of, talk to this person or that person, oh I need to speak with the manager, now I need to speak with the GM, yet killing time. At this time, it appears that they will do what is needed to sell but once sold, not their problem.
