Buyer beware The best approach is to understand that you are purchasing or dealing with a private seller. The vehicles are sold as is, they claim to do safety ins The best approach is to understand that you are purchasing or dealing with a private seller. The vehicles are sold as is, they claim to do safety inspection and I can tell you that is not being done. During my purchase process there were few issues with the vehicle and was promised would be taken care of and was noted on the “We Owe” form. According to the final documents the “We Owe” was a blank page therefore did not have documentation when it came down to having the work promised done. The vehicle had a bad tire, I took in to have replaced, the service department replaced a different tire because it was a major hazard and was not safe to drive. They did not replace the intended tire; after long discussion with manager: I was told that they promised to replace 1 tire and that is all they could do. So, I purchased a 2018 vehicle with less than a quarter tank of gas, paid to have it detailed and had to buy 4 new tires 2 weeks later because none of the tires matched. More
