Prior to buying my Lexus, I called Overall I had a great experience with Florida Fine Cars-Margate and especially my salesperson Robert (Bob) Ketron. Prior to buying my Lexus, I called and spoke to several dealerships around the South. Bob was by far, the most professional. I did lots of research and contacted Bob several times over many weeks. He was always quick to respond and very helpful. He was also very patient and knowledgeable but never pushy. I am an out of town internet buyer and when I told him I would be flying into Ft. Lauderdale to buy the car, he offered and ended up picking me up from the airport in my new car! Bottom line, Bob made the whole experience a great one.
