Daniel B at the Margate location is who I dealt with. I was in the market to purchase a car from this location with the issue that I currently live in NC. Throughout the beginning of the process, things I was in the market to purchase a car from this location with the issue that I currently live in NC. Throughout the beginning of the process, things were a little complicated. I spoke with Daniel a lot and then I spoke with the offshore team a lot and there was a disconnect between speaking with both. Please note, if you’re dealing with a salesperson, only speak to your salesperson. Once I was able to work out a time to get to the location to see the car, Daniel was kind enough to pick me up from the airport. Throughout the whole day Daniel was by my side to make sure any questions/concerns I had were answered. By the end of the day, unfortunately, a deal could not be worked out where I could purchase the car. Daniel, once he knew the sale wouldn’t happen, still agreed to take me back to the airport. Every salesperson is not this kind to their customers. Daniel truly cares for his clients in more ways than just a “dollar figure”.
