Shady dealing My first impressions of this Dealership were great! I was so excited to buy from them. Then a day after I purchase the vehicle from them - I find out My first impressions of this Dealership were great! I was so excited to buy from them. Then a day after I purchase the vehicle from them - I find out the oil had NEVER been changed- even though they claim to have one of the best “inspectors” around. Which led to me buying a vehicle with a slugged motor because of the oil situation and had they changed the oil during the inspection, one would find there was an issue and never sold the vehicle in the first place. Also found out there’s a recall on the transmission that we were NOT told about and when we asked the service manager he said “well that’s something to learn and ask about next time.” I’m sorry, but that’s NOT on me and that’s NOT something you say to a customer. Also found out after the fact they had me sign 2 bogus “theft” and “extended warranty” contracts that added $2,800 to the total cost of the car! SCAM! Be sure to REAd every paper they have you sign or you will be fooled just like me! Writing this to hopefully help others from making the same mistake I did and buying from Florida Fine Cars. More
