I called to inquire about a specific car and spoke to Lucas. I told him that I lived in a different state and that I’m extremely picky. I asked him to look for imperfections on the car bc I did not wa Lucas. I told him that I lived in a different state and that I’m extremely picky. I DON’T expect a perfect car, but I want to know what I’m getting to determine if it’s acceptable for me, so I don’t waste my money or time on travel expenses. Lucas went above and beyond anything I would expect. He FaceTimed me, sent me pics and videos. He was very detailed oriented. I would have bought on the spot if I was there. The car was very clean. Unfortunately for Lucas, I ended up finding the same car with the exact options from the local dealer I had been working with prior. They just took it on trade and I secured it immediately. I felt so bad bc Lucas did any amazing job and I planned on buying it from him. I even looked at dates and flights with him. So I called him and gave him the bad news. He was so polite and understood and congratulated me on my new car. He simply asked for a review if I was that happy with his assistance. I told him that I would be more than happy to do so.
