My salesman's name was Paulo. He really cares about his customers and will bend over backwards to help you. My wife drove the car home she found out that the windows did not work.he told us to bring it bac customers and will bend over backwards to help you. My wife drove the car home she found out that the windows did not work.he told us to bring it back and they would take care of it it was a programming issue that's all it was. He bent over backwards he and the whole dealership was there to do everything they could and more to make sure we had the best deal and was concerned about us after the deal was made.I was told by many of the service people there and other salesmen or sales person namely ,Rachel Burrows who was awesome also..that if we had a problem we could always call them and they would take care of it within the first 30 days. The service manager is a young man I think his name was Steve. Wow he was also Awesome along with his employee Serg.. Service was outstanding above and beyond from the mechanics to the guy buffing the cars they really took care of us. I can honestly tell you we got a great deal and you will definitely be very satisfied with his dealership everybody in it cares about the customer. I'm in the market for a car for myself now and I'm going nowhere else but to Florida fine cars and Mr. Paulo Freitas (AKA, The Man)!!! More

this was my first time ever buying a car myself and gonzalo was so helpful with everything he made the process so simple and quick -ish. it’s a lengthy process lol. but the service is good. the staff i gonzalo was so helpful with everything he made the process so simple and quick -ish. it’s a lengthy process lol. but the service is good. the staff is for the most part extremely sweet and helpful, but i get it. so i found the car online and liked the price so I set up a day to go look at the car and test drive it and see how I really liked it and when I did everything ran smooth and all right so whenever I went to purchase the car they made me pay more than I was wanting to spend so I looked at other options but in the end I really wanted this car the Honda accord so i went for it and it was so worth it and the insurance lady is super helpful and quick as well! thank you guys again!!!!! 5/5 already recommended.
