The BEST!!! The BEST! From the first phone call with Mustafa in internet sales, followed by my salesperson, Mike, then Steve in Finance and the general manager e The BEST! From the first phone call with Mustafa in internet sales, followed by my salesperson, Mike, then Steve in Finance and the general manager even overseeing my satisfaction, this has been the best car buying experience in my life and I’ve owned a lot of cars! I spent approximately 6 weeks researching their inventory from out of state, lining up my test drives upon arrival in Florida and through it all, Mustafa and Steve were in communication every single step of the way, even in the evenings and on their days off. I had a very sensitive situation with a trade in and from that first phone call, there was patience, understanding, a “we can do this” attitude, absolutely no pressure and the most support that I had experienced with my trade issue and goals. Most dealerships wouldn’t discuss the trade. This will be my place to purchase all of my future cars.
