I have purchased many vehicles in the past and have never been treated as well as I was at this dealership. They are kind, courteous, knowledgeable (he even educated me on a few things) and willing to help with every aspect of the sale and the after sale. The cars are very clean and reasonably priced and the size of the inventory is impressive. I will definitely refer all my friends here and I myself will return for my next pre-owned purchase. The Miami Location sold my daughter a car with no breaks. My daughter purchased a car from the Miami Location less than 3 weeks ago and already the care needed a complete break job. The rear brakes were comp My daughter purchased a car from the Miami Location less than 3 weeks ago and already the care needed a complete break job. The rear brakes were completely gone and we had to replace the rotors and pads in the rear and had to replace the pads in the front and resurface the rotors in the front, cost me $500.18. The car is a 2014 and only had 52,000 miles on it. When I contacted the management of the dealership after I had the vehicle fixed I was told that if I had brought the vehicle to them they would have fixed it but since I already had it fixed then there was nothing they could do. Clearly this dealership does not stand behind their product. Since they sold the vehicle with no breaks , I would not recommend them standing in front of this unsafe vehicle. I am extremely disappointed that a dealership would sell a car that was unsafe. More
