Eric called me after a online inquiry, got me approved and I picked up my car the very next day. He followed up with me a few days later because I explained, I would have the car looked at by my mechanic. "Everything was good with the car" I've been able to reach Eric with ease a few times after with a few request and he has made every interaction AWESOME!
