The overall experience was very good as I finally got the car I wanted and the price was reasonable. I am very happy with the car so far. The best about this experience was the staff, especially my sales rep Paulo Freitas. He was the reason i kept coming back to this dealer because i knew he would help me find the best deal for my money. Paulo is very professional and nice, polite and knowledgeable of the entire car buying process. He is patient and waits for the customer to make decision without rushing. I thought he was excellent to work with. Paulo is the real rock star of this dealership, hope he is still there in a few years when I buy my next car. I also had help from the Finance Professional Alan Solano which was excellent in explaining all the terms and details of the finance process. He gave me great advise for car buying which makes him a great sales man as i think thats what sales people should do, try to help the buyer instead of just overselling the car. Thanks Alan The Manager Oscar was super helpful by working with me and my budget to make sure i could afford this car. Not So good after all I went in to Florida fines cars because I knew of the salesman who fave my brother a great deal on a car he purchased. My experience with the employee I went in to Florida fines cars because I knew of the salesman who fave my brother a great deal on a car he purchased. My experience with the employees were great, everyone were friendly and professional. My salesman Michael, was great as well he got me a god deal on a 2015 Chrysler 200, which was exactly the car I wanted but didn't think I would qualify for but Mike did a great job. Or so I thought. Less than 24 hrs later on my way to work the car lit up like a Christmas tree. The engine, transmission, park break, ABS lights and a couple other lights I didn't recognize. After immediately calling the Michael he told me to take it to a Chrysler dealer because the car was under warranty and it would be free. So I did... I did that 4 different times all for the same issue in a 3 weeks time. When I took the car back to Florida fine cars I was told by a manager (forgot his name) that I should just let the car get repo'd because there was nothing they could do for me. I was informed by the Chrysler machanic that the car was in a front end accident. Michael showed me a car fax that stated the complete opposite. I am nowtaking legal action against Florida fine car because the car is definitely a lemon. Thanks alot Florida Fine car cars making my first car buying experience a living xxxx. Lesson learned More
