Upon arrival my we were greeted by Mr. Paulo Freitas from the Hollywood location and we received excellent customer service right from the beginning. He was very helpful and everything was explained in a clear and honest manner. Paulo is very nice, patience and treated us very well. The Finance Manager Mohammed from the West Palm Beach location did an excellent job helping us get approved within our budget. The overall experience was great! The transition of upgrading my vechile was amazing! Juan was very helpful. He answered all of our questions and was patient. He reassured my husband and I made the right choice in terms of agreement and vehicle choice. He took the time to listen to my problems and helped me with my issues. I gave him a hard time finding the car I wanted because I'm very picky. He had a lot of patience until the end. HoneSt dealership Juan helped us find our new 2013 Hyundai Sonata. We entered the place 30 min before they closed and they stayed 2 hours after closing to help us close Juan helped us find our new 2013 Hyundai Sonata.
