My family and I were nicely greeted by staff, but Freddy Highsmith (our Sales Consultant) treated us like family! He made us feel so welcome even before we made a decision to make a purchase and he never pressured us to make a decision. Freddy was very knowledgeable about different cars and catered to our financial and credit situation. So many times you go to car dealerships and you are turned off by how you are treated, but NOT at this dealership. Even the Finance Manger Allan Solano made us feel confident and relaxed and he explained all pieces of the financial documents to us. Hands down Freddy is by far the Best Sales Consultant we've met, because he went over and beyond to make the car buying experience great for us!
