Saw a 2003 Saturn advertized on line for $3,999. Made arrangements to meet Maryam on Sunday March 4 to attempt to purchase this car. Went to the dealership and while waiting on Maryam, I viewed the car a arrangements to meet Maryam on Sunday March 4 to attempt to purchase this car. Went to the dealership and while waiting on Maryam, I viewed the car and saw the price sticker on the window was 5,000. When I asked "Steve" why the discrepancy in price for the same car, he said, "Oh the price you saw on the internet was for cash". No where did it state this on the internet or on the car price sticker. These deceptive practices are devised to get the customer in the lot and then use deceptive and manipulative tactics to get them to buy a car. While I ws waiting for Maryam I saw a family come out of the dealership looking very angry, and they looked at me and said "scammers". A "red light" should have went off in my head then. I left the dealership very disappointed. I will not go back there again and I will make sure I tell every body about these scammers! More
I bought a car on February 22, 2012 for $2460 cash. The car broke down on February 27,2012. I thought it was just the battery so I tried to get a jump and didn't work at all. So I had it taken to the mechanic so he can tell me what is wrong. When the mechanic looked it over he told me the engine itself is defective and will cost more than $3000 to get it fix, basically getting a whole new engine. So I called the dealership to tell them what happen and that I would like a refund and the young lady who answered the phone basically cuss me out and hunged up! I didnt appreciate it at all!!!!! How can they sell a car that is defective???!!!!! I would never buy a car here ever again!! I would never recommend them to anyone!! I am a mother of two and for the car to break down with them in the car is horrible! To fix this car cost more what I bought it for and that is a ripoff!! More
My first experience with Florida fine cars was very bad, not from the salesperson but from the finance guy by the name of Bruce. Three day after I purchased a BMW X3 2006 I got a call from Bruce rising his voice on me asked me why I did not bring the phone build and told me that he will come towing my car and hang up the phone on me. For the car that I purchased from you guys was very bad, you guys sold me a car as is with multiple mechanical problems plus the key did not work. This was my first time purchasing a car,so I searched dealerships. I called Florida Fine cars and spoke with Jay, although he was not at the location that i went to, he referred me to my salesman Angel. dealerships. Angel helped me find the exact car that i wanted and i was very excited. I went back that Monday to get the car serviced and Kevin(Manager) told that something was wrong with the car and that it was not in any condition to be sold to me. At that point i really felt like the employees there really cared about me finding the perfect car; and i really appreciated that. Kevin and Carlos picked out a reliable car for me that was ideal for traveling up and down the road since i am away in school and gave it to me at a very affordable price. Mario was the person that took care of all of the financials and finalizing the deal. overall my experience at Florida fine cars was very memorable, emotional, and most of all rewarding. I am very pleased with the vehicle i recieved and i know that it would not have been possible if it werent for the guys at Florida fine cars, mainly Angel, Kevin, Carlos. I would like to first say I appreciate the experience purchasing my used 750 I at this dealer. Due to a divorce, I had some credit issues, Wendy and Charlie worked diligently through the evening to find a bank that would provide financing. After we purchased the BMW, while out of town, there was a minor issue that caused us to go to a BMW dealer in North Caroline; Kevin called the North Carolina dealer and paid for the minor issue. What dealer does that; not only provide excellent customer service, great financing; but when a issue arrived, continued to provide the best customer service possible in that situation. Chase is wonderful; great attitude and great business sense. I would buy another car from them. More

I live in Canada but own a condo in Pompano Beach and wanted to buy a car to keep there. Just before Thanksgiving 2011, I saw what I thought was the perfect car on the Florida Fine Cars website. It was a 9 year old car, a Ford Mustang, but looked great on the website and the mileage was relatively low. Florida Fine Cars would not hold the car for me with only a deposit until Christmas time when I was scheduled to arrive in Florida; the only way I could get this car was to pay for it in full. I was very hesitant to buy something sight unseen, however, when the salesman, Robert Bobe, offered to test drive it for me an report any problems, I decided to take a chance. Big mistake. I even paid some 30% more than their listed price, with all the surprises that came my way, including the final surprise bill the day before delivery. They offered to deliver the car to me at the airport when I arrived in December, which I thought was great service at the time. The downside was that I didn't get a chance to inspect the vehicle before the salesman was gone.... As I drove it home, I started to notice some things not right. As it turned out, the front brakes were shot , rubbing metal on metal. The right turn signal did not work. There was a hole in the muffler. The ABS system was non functional. The drivers side power window malfunctioned. There was an awful vibration on the highway. And the Mach Radio Stereo system that was featured in the Florida Fine Cars advertising with close up photos did not work. And the Florida Fine Cars photos did not show all the dents and dings on the body. And by the way, the fuel gage was on "E" as I left the airport. To summarize, if you are considering buying a car at Florida Fine Cars, BEWARE. Have it checked out thoroughly by someone else you can trust, since they sell everything "AS IS" and as soon as you are gone, they forget aobut you. I would have thought that in my particular and unique case, they would have helped me fix at least a few of the safety defects. In Canada, this car never would have passed the safety requirements to have the registration changed. Starting with Mr. Kevin Morris how he handled everything even calling me and giving me help and support on everything. He made this deal happend and me and my family thank him from the bottom of our hearts. Everyone was just so helpful. also Ben Pishgou,Robert Baker, Ceasar Barcelo, Jennifer Porter and the driver that brought us a loaner car Mr. Rosavelt. We are very happy and will be letting others know about Florida Fine Cars on how great and pleasing it was and is to shop there for there dream car like it was for us. After 2 weeks of driving the car, I had a few squaks so I went back to try to have them taken care of, and was pleasantly surprised when I had absolutely no problem getting them fixed at NO COST to me, and they were happy to do it. I was so impressed with the way I was treated, and the way they stood behind the vehicle, that I have since gone back and bought a second car for my wife!She loves it! More
