We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. I am curious why you did not contact us after you had issues with the truck. Your truck has over 171,000 miles on it correct? We made every effort to deliver the truck to you in sound condition. In addition, if you had let us know, we would have asked you to come back to the store for our service technicians to address any issues. Initially we put freon in the truck thinking that’s all it needed. Perhaps there was a leak in the system which sometimes requires a dye to identify properly. That would have been the next step if you had allowed us the opportunity. It was not until your Mom? I think it was came to the store to pick up the tag that I was aware you even had any issues, and even then she seemed resigned to a "don't worry about it...we took care of it" response. We really do appreciate you, and sincerely wish to keep you as a customer. Perhaps we can offer you free service on your next maintenance, along with a free detail. In addition, we can offer you free oil changes for a year. Again, this is not an "offer" after the fact...you never gave us an opportunity to address your issues. Besides the A/C, the injector did not give any indication of a problem until the next day. i never gave you guys a chance because i know how you guys work. as soon as i would have went to you guy i kno the first thing out of your mouth would be no warranty as is so i didnt even want to hear that becaus i would have snapped on someone. the problems were taken care of. i dont you guys for anything but to make my payments.thats it. you guys will never see that truck again to fix or do anything. as u can see i dont even drop off the payments. either way whats done is done.thanks for the "offer" but no thanks. im probably more certified in mechanics then then peanut gallery u have in the back shop area.
