We were kept informed through text messages and the hours of operation were very accommodating to our busy schedule. Additionally, we dealt with one service manager the entire time who provided very personalized service to us and recognized us upon entry into the service center to retrieve our vehicle. Furthermore, the service department was a very low pressure environment and I did not feel like the service manager was forcing repairs or services upon us. She was very much an adviser on the condition of our car, and allowed us to make the necessary decisions. More

Unprofessional Service Department I had a horrible experience at this GMC in Fayetteville. We moved here from Ga, and it is sad that there is only one GMC dealer in town. I brought my I had a horrible experience at this GMC in Fayetteville. We moved here from Ga, and it is sad that there is only one GMC dealer in town. I brought my terrain for repairs, after I had a horrible experience and being without a car four 1 week. I have still had the same engine light, my car is not fixed and I can NOT trust this dealer. I will take all my soldiers on post that FLOW BUICK GMC service department is horrible. More
Charged for work not yet approved. I received a call inquiring about my experience with Flow GMC. During that call, I informed the employee that I had been charged for a transmission fl I received a call inquiring about my experience with Flow GMC. During that call, I informed the employee that I had been charged for a transmission flush without my approval and that the technician had already begun the work. She stated that she would have a manager call me immediately in order to discuss the details. I received a generic text shortly after, asking about my experience. I responded to the text and have never heard back from the organization. The impersonal feedback method from the deal about my experience may be cost effective but it does not demonstrate the care or customer service I expect from a business professionals. More
