Unprofessional Service Department I had a horrible experience at this GMC in Fayetteville. We moved here from Ga, and it is sad that there is only one GMC dealer in town. Charged for work not yet approved. I received a call inquiring about my experience with Flow GMC. During that call, I informed the employee that I had been charged for a transmission fl I received a call inquiring about my experience with Flow GMC. During that call, I informed the employee that I had been charged for a transmission flush without my approval and that the technician had already begun the work. She stated that she would have a manager call me immediately in order to discuss the details. I received a generic text shortly after, asking about my experience. I responded to the text and have never heard back from the organization. The impersonal feedback method from the deal about my experience may be cost effective but it does not demonstrate the care or customer service I expect from a business professionals. More
