Best Car Buying Experience! Jake was really great to work with. He bent over backwards to help any way he could with our purchase. My husband and I have purchased several cars in the past, and this was by far the easiest and most positive experience we have ever had. Awesome experience I went in to buy my first car and I was worried that the process would be long and dragged out, however my experience at Rippy automotive was nothing I went in to buy my first car and I was worried that the process would be long and dragged out, however my experience at Rippy automotive was nothing like that. Who knew car buying could actually be a pleasant experience? We have only been in the area a couple of years and were unfamiliar with Rippy Cadillac. When we started the process of shopping for a new car a couple of weeks ago, we were not set on a particular brand/model. After visiting several other dealerships and test driving various brands, we decided to visit Rippy Cadillac. We were greeted by Mike Campo who was very helpful and informative, and allowed the car to sell itself. Mike is very personable, straight-forward, and made what is usually a somewhat painful experience for me an extremely pleasant one! Who really wants to work with us !! We visited Rippy Cadillac Saturday Jan 2 for a test drive in a 2016 SRX and 2015 SRX. We were very impressed with the cars but more impressed with Aa We visited Rippy Cadillac Saturday Jan 2 for a test drive in a 2016 SRX and 2015 SRX. We were very impressed with the cars but more impressed with Aaron Koob. When we returned from test drive Aaron was with another customer, then we were introduced to Michael Campo and he proceeded to direct us on incentive programs, he made us feel comfortable and his honesty and integrity was incredible. Michael spent the rest of his afternoon getting us the right financing and made our shopping experience very easy. We will be returning to Rippy Cadillac to purchase again in the next few year.
