All the fears about Auto dealers Service Departments came true when I decided for once give it a try. 1- took my car for a recall service, one our a All the fears about Auto dealers Service Departments came true when I decided for once give it a try. 1- took my car for a recall service, one our after the car got there I get multiple messages, one of them offering money to buy my car for a ridiculus amount, followed by a video of my car describing all the things the car needed. Oil change, fluids change, alignment , ect.. I service my car myself so I told them do not touch the car. 2- my car developed a grinding noise on a front tire a week before and after replacing the CV axle at another shop, the noise did not dissapear, so I though what the heck let Honda fix it they know these cars... man I was wrong. After evaluation they told me the noise was fromm the transmition fluid being low, I had just replaced it 3 months ago. So I took it home checked it, it was not low, but I went and replaced it with the bes tranny fluid for my car. The noise did not change. 3- I called to get the car in I requested to focus on the wheel bering because the noise was very localized, while turning under load. Aftyer dropping the car they called me to tell me that the wheel bering was ok but the inner shaft bering was bad. They had the bering but the only seal they could find was out of state. After one phone call I located the seal at another dealer in NC 1 hour away, picked it up and brought it back, they also recommended a cv axle replacement because the new one in was not oem..... I brought the oem from my house that was perfect. a few hours later they called me the car suppose to be ready. Tested the car, the noise was still present. Took the technician to show him , he heard the noise but he recommended to change a motor mount... really. Took the car back home with $800 + less in my bank account, and was told by the service lady that her manager could not test the car anymore because it was unsafe, they thought the car was good in normal driving circumstances. We bought a new 2025 Honda Civic. We loved the car, but a few days after purchasing it, we noticed a distinct rattle in the door. Whenever we try to contact the dealership, nobody seems to want to answer the phone. Additionally, the person we were working with from the service department got fired, and instead of moving our work order, they close it out, so they didn’t even know they still had our vehicle. More
My wife and I went Flow Honda with the intention of purchasing a Honda. CRV didn’t matter whether it was hybrid or gas.. Another sales person pulled ourselves person away for a short discussion. in a demeaning fashion, the other sales person belittled the young lady in front of us at this point I was trying to mind my own business, but then at a very arrogant finance manager and at that point. we knew we could no longer do business with Flow Honda of Winston-Salem. I have bought five Hondas from the dealership.. More

Michael Fam went above and beyond to make everything seamless, he even brought in Winston-Salem. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. Michael Fam went above and beyond to make everything seamless, he even brought in a Rav4 from another city just so I could test drive it. His dedication, communication, and professionalism made the entire process stress-free and smooth. Brian Washburn was equally amazing. He was kind, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He walked me through the test drives and even delivered the car to my home with a coworker. That level of care and service is rare and so appreciated. My son is beyond happy with his Honda CR-V, and I am grateful for the exceptional team at Flow Honda. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the market. I highly recommend asking for Michael or Brian, they truly care about their customers. More

Bought a vehicle on September 5th. ..waited nine hours for it to be "detailed" the following day...only to return it because the sunroof curtain wouldn't retrack properly September 10th ..waited nine hours for it to be "detailed" the following day...only to return it because the sunroof curtain wouldn't retrack properly September 10th...still do not have car with no phone calls informing me of anything...do not trade with this dealership!!! I have purchased about 10 vehicles from this dealership over the years, which I have never defaulted on my loans , and just because my final car was involved in a accident, which caused my value to drop on over the years, which I have never defaulted on my loans , and just because my final car was involved in a accident, which caused my value to drop on it , they have made My experience Very unpleasant with me due to that fact, I wanted to trade out of the vehicle ,because of a wheel bearing issue, and my tires feathering, the accident was not due to me hitting anyone, but some side swiping my vehicle without to much impact, My readiness to Make my experience as a incident, more so than a accident, is the cause of me writing this review, My loyalty to this Company at state , because of the bad customer service experience with the dealership, There was other factors involved with the decision that was made , but I have always had other factors involved, and I was still able to purchase the vehicle, , In my opinion it was mainly due to the accident which dropped the vehicle value for the dealership not to trade with me, I am highly disappointed with the experience at hand and it should be documented, If I could get in touch with Don Flow , I would because he needs to know about my loyalty to this company. More
