I found my experience at Flow Honda to be a pleasant one. I was greeted by the receptionist, and acknowledged by sales persons as I waited to meet with my associate, Frankie. She told him that I was interested in the Honda Fit and told him that I was a first-time buyer. When we got there Aaron had pulled up the different models and even the different colors of each model that they had of the 2013 Honda Fit up front so that I could directly see the differences between the base model and the sport model. I thought it was so nice for him to prepare for us. He worked with us very well, explaining to me all of the different options and possibilities. I recently bought a new Honda Accord from Flow Honda of Winston-Salem. This is a great car and I truly enjoy driving it! So much that I have even gone out for a drive just to drive it! At the onset I really did not know which Honda I wanted to purchase, maybe even a Toyota or VW? Aaron took the time to test drive several (seven plus) different Honda cars on the lot with me knowing that I would be headed for a round-a-bout soon after leaving the lot. He even stayed late a couple of nights to show cars and on the last night to finalize the sale of my accord with me. He had obviously taken the time to learn his products because he was able to answer all of my technical questions about all of the different models I was interested in. He has gone out of his way to continue to help me with any additional questions about the vehicle even after my purchase.
