I found my experience at Flow Honda to be a pleasant one. I was greeted by the receptionist, and acknowledged by sales persons as I waited to meet with my associate, Frankie. At the onset I really did not know which Honda I wanted to purchase, maybe even a Toyota or VW? Aaron took the time to test drive several (seven plus) different Honda cars on the lot with me knowing that I would be headed for a round-a-bout soon after leaving the lot. He even stayed late a couple of nights to show cars and on the last night to finalize the sale of my accord with me. He had obviously taken the time to learn his products because he was able to answer all of my technical questions about all of the different models I was interested in. He has gone out of his way to continue to help me with any additional questions about the vehicle even after my purchase. I was very impressed with all levels of the sales and management at Flow as they all made this buying experience as easy and enjoyable as buying a new car could be. JD Powers never asked me 1 thing about this Honda experience, neither has American Honda! I have been price-gouged with unnecessary repairs @ outrageous prices made @inspections. My Honda is still un experience, neither has American Honda! I have been price-gouged with unnecessary repairs @ outrageous prices made @inspections. My Honda is still under warranty, but these people dream up repairs, example $89 windshield wipers! The windshield wipers were still new as is the rest of the car. I returned to the dealership and the finance director refused to re-finance. Isn't Flow a monopoly? All of this adds insult to injury as I am disabled female living on a small fixed income. I can't wait to get rid of it and buy American. I'll never make this mistake again! More
