Thirty five dollar tire rotation, amongst other things. Know wonder dealerships have a rotten reputation. Forgot to mention 3 hours for a oil change. Napoleon sucks with his corporate corrupt mouth. Oil change, fluids change, alignment , ect.. I service my car myself so I told them do not touch the car. 2- my car developed a grinding noise on a front tire a week before and after replacing the CV axle at another shop, the noise did not dissapear, so I though what the heck let Honda fix it they know these cars... man I was wrong. After evaluation they told me the noise was fromm the transmition fluid being low, I had just replaced it 3 months ago. So I took it home checked it, it was not low, but I went and replaced it with the bes tranny fluid for my car. The noise did not change. 3- I called to get the car in I requested to focus on the wheel bering because the noise was very localized, while turning under load. Aftyer dropping the car they called me to tell me that the wheel bering was ok but the inner shaft bering was bad. They had the bering but the only seal they could find was out of state. After one phone call I located the seal at another dealer in NC 1 hour away, picked it up and brought it back, they also recommended a cv axle replacement because the new one in was not oem..... I brought the oem from my house that was perfect. a few hours later they called me the car suppose to be ready. Tested the car, the noise was still present. Took the technician to show him , he heard the noise but he recommended to change a motor mount... really. Took the car back home with $800 + less in my bank account, and was told by the service lady that her manager could not test the car anymore because it was unsafe, they thought the car was good in normal driving circumstances. Apparently they thought changing the battery would make idiot lights go away, though they did not bother checking. They did go to great lengths to try to sell us additional maintenance services that had nothing to do with the needed repair. More
I brought my vehicle to Flow three different times for an oil leak we knew we had for warranty work since we only have 30k miles on the vehicle. All. Three times within 30 mins of dropping the vehicle off we oil leak we knew we had for warranty work since we only have 30k miles on the vehicle. All. Three times within 30 mins of dropping the vehicle off we got a call saying they couldn’t find the leak and saw “oil spillage” from the last oil change, which the “spillage” was the leak. The third and final time bringing my vehicle here I got the same call they couldn’t find a leak and after going off on the service advisor about the leak they magically find the leak 5 mins after going off on them. I had 2 other shops and I could visibly see the leak myself and I have less than two year’s experience in the service industry. This dealership is scamming customers out of their warranty work and I will never be back here and will never recommend this dealership to anyone More

Where do I start. This place caught my car on fire and didn't tell me. Had my car for 30 days with no communication. Asked for a loaner they claim they didn't have one. And they will put me on the list to get one and NEVER got a call back. They called me to pick up my car, car still not fixed. Leaking oil still, when I turn the wheel it is rubbing up against something and everyone is avoiding my calls. No call backs like as promised and they probably told them not to answer any of my calls. I have NEVER had problems with them, but they are the WORSE dealership to deal with when wanting work done to your vehicle. More
I have worked with Flow Honda Service for years and have always had great experiences. Unfortunately, the good experience is with standard service. I have a 2019 Honda Pilot that has started moving to neutr always had great experiences. Unfortunately, the good experience is with standard service. I have a 2019 Honda Pilot that has started moving to neutral and shutting down while at a stop sign or intersection. They serviced the car and said it needed system updates and now it was fine. However, the problem continued and after researching it seems this is a known issue with the auto shutdown when stopped. I called Honda back and asked for them to keep the car until they could duplicate the issue and resolve, but since this is a factory problem I need a loaner vehicle. They suggested I rent a car as they didn't currently have a loaner - even though this is a Honda issue. I requested to speak to the service manager and was assured that Jason would call me by end of business. When I hadn't heard from Jason by 6pm I called again and was told he was with a customer but would call before leaving. Nothing. I was in work meetings the next morning, so my husband called and left another message. Now 5 business days later, still nothing. Very disappointing Jason. We have contacted another local dealership and they were aware of the issue and resolution, worked me into the schedule and had my car repaired within a few hours. I have purchased 3 Hondas in the last several years - all from other dealerships as Flow didn't negotiate. I was still happy to have my cars serviced there; however, after this experience and complete lack of customer service I will no longer be a customer of Flow Honda. More
I drove in to have a small repair completed which requires a specialty tool, or perhaps specific training as to how to gain access to the part needing replacement. They did the repair, left my car un requires a specialty tool, or perhaps specific training as to how to gain access to the part needing replacement. They did the repair, left my car undrivable, and quoted a price to repair the damage they caused. The positive aspect of this story is they allowed me to work on my own car in the parking lot behind the shop since I refused to pay them to fix the problems they caused. I will never go back to Flow Honda for any reason, nor do I recommend them to anyone else. Generally speaking, I work on my own cars. When I hire someone else to work on a car I expect them to finish the job, not to leave me stranded trying to fix things in a parking lot. More
