April 30 & May 1 service Kenny had an issue pop up out of his control after my annual inspection with oil change resulted in the undercarriage shield coming loose and scraping Kenny had an issue pop up out of his control after my annual inspection with oil change resulted in the undercarriage shield coming loose and scraping the road. He assured me the service team would take care of the issue, which they did in an expedient manner the next morning. I was in and out with the repair completed while I waited less than a half hour.
