The first contact on this sale was David Valcich who clearly knows Brown's customers and had determined that I might be a candidate for a trade of my '06 Accord for a new one with great rates. I was not initially interested as my car would go a lot longer and meets my transportation needs exceedingly well. David was not pushy but did follow up when I called back to see what kind of deal he was offering. Steve Young quickly followed up as well and since he had sold me my original Accord, it was easy to work with him in the Sales area. Steve was quick to listen to my hesitation and my interest and is experienced at sales without pushing the deal too much. Finance worked with me, and when I finally made the decision, had the paperwork in order and completed very quickly as I had a limited time frame within which to work out the details.
