Flow Lexus of Greensboro

I have always been hesitant about having non-warrenty service work done at dealerships. It has always been my perception that you paid a premium for the name of the dealership. After buying a used Lexu service work done at dealerships. It has always been my perception that you paid a premium for the name of the dealership. After buying a used Lexus at another dealership here in Greensboro I needed some brake work done. I took the car to a very respected and long established auto repair shop in town for an estimate. The price I was quoted seemed high to me so I began to look for other estimates. As part of this process I took my car to Flow Lexus. Their estimate and eventual cost was 18% lower than the next lowest bid and 38% lower than the original shop. Even though I didn't buy my car there I was provided a loaner car for the 2 days it took to do the work at no cost to me. The work was quickly and efficently completed with no "suprises" on the final bill. My car was washed and vacuumned at no additional charge. I am disabled and walk with a walker. When I arrive I am greeted by name and a service representative gets my walker out without being asked. On subsequent visits I have waited for brief services and always been given a loaner car for lengther work. When I have waited I am made very comfortable in a clean spacious waiting room. Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and bottled watter are made available. The restroom is clean and individual cloth hand towels are available for the use of guests. I can't imagine having my car serviced any where else and expect to purchase my next car from Flow Lexus of Greensboro. More
