April Martin was our sales person. She was great! No high pressure tactics at all. She was very helpful and so was the manager as well. Even the Finance guy was low pressure. It was a pleasant experience buying our 2010 Mazda CX-9. We love it! More

Repair Service I have a brand new vehicle that has been performing in ways that a brand new vehicle shouldn't. I took my Mazda to the only Mazda dealership near Ft. Bragg and waited two hours, plus got charged a service fee just to be told that they couldn't find any issues, and that the issue only occurred when turning a corner quickly. Obviously, that contradicts the "not finding any issues" statement, but this is what I was told. Also, I was called and told I'd receive a survey so that I could let them know how satisfied I was. When I told the person that I wasn't satisfied at all, said survey never came. I'll be driving to Raleigh to get my car serviced if possible. More
