THis service center does not understand the meaning of making an appointment. They will not work on your car unless you are there in the waiting room. The person at the service desk, Josh, contradicts himself every other sentance is is frankly a liar. He is disrespectful, cocky, and rude. I was looking to trade my 2018 Mini for a newer model, but the poor level of service that I can expect has changed my mind, and I am looking at Fiat instead. More

HORRIBLE experience. Henry "the manager" is a TRUE used car salesman They say "no hassle" But you have to worry about them selling the car before your deal is done.
