Its always something 4 wheel alignment ,cabin filter, air filter ,brake fluid flush ,and im sure this list will grow as time goes on ! Our car only has 60k on it and we have payed over $1000 extra to keep this family plan going ! I will never purchase anothercar from this or any fred anderson again ! If like paying extra money every other time you get a so called complimentary oil change then this is the place for you !!! More

Rude Manager/Great sales men We bought my wife a 2013 Nissan. When we test drove it i noticed a noise coming from the tires and rotors. After we purchased it they turned the rotor We bought my wife a 2013 Nissan. When we test drove it i noticed a noise coming from the tires and rotors. After we purchased it they turned the rotors and told us that would fix the noise. It DID NOT fix the noise. So i scheduled it for a appointment and took it in. They replaced the front Rotors and Brakes and told us they where bad. I asked why did it pass inspection if they where bad. I NEVER GOT AN ANSWER. My wife went back due to not getting her plates for 55 days. The MANAGER got rude with her when she asked about the ROTORS not being good. He told her well you got news ones didn't you. He then went on to say that all rotors and brakes make noise because its metal on metal. I know that new brakes and rotors do not make noise More
