I personally have never been to this dealership, but the car that I had repossessed from Northern Michigan apparently has! lol. Five stars for me, simply for the fact that you’re not Subaru by-the-Bay in Ch car that I had repossessed from Northern Michigan apparently has! lol. Five stars for me, simply for the fact that you’re not Subaru by-the-Bay in Charlevoix Michigan. Those turds can’t even tie their shoes much less have any customer service skills. After not wishing to spend an entire day at a dealership I decided to get all pricing in advance and save myself the hassle of the typical prolonged dealership negotiation phase. That process was fairly eas I decided to get all pricing in advance and save myself the hassle of the typical prolonged dealership negotiation phase. That process was fairly easy, after asking for a deal sheet in advance showing all the fees for a specific car, the deal looked good. I communicated over text with one of the managers, William McGowan, and we left the text conversation with being told they’ll pull it around and I’ll be there in 30 minutes. I got there in about 20 minutes and was passed to a very polite sales associate (never spoke to or saw William during the entire hour I was there) and told that car had been sold. The car we’d agreed a price on and a time to get it had been sold in those 20 minutes. From then on the only game was an upsell into a more expensive car or a lower model for the same price we’d agreed. I ended up leaving and buying a vehicle elsewhere. It was a total fail on Flow’s commitment: “A covenant with our customers to be a place that keeps its promises and is worthy of their trust.” More
