It was difficult to get an update on my car when I called because I had to know the name of the associate who had helped me - and there were multiple ones over the week my car was there. I arrived at closing time on a late Saturday afternoon for their Service Dept, but the rep was very helpful and furnished me a courtesy c to finish. While the individuals in the service department were very kind, I would NOT recommend this facility and will not be returning. Prices are higher than local mechanics, so one would assume that service is of h kind, I would NOT recommend this facility and will not be returning. My experience at Flow was highly unprofessional and communication was severely lacking. I called 10+ times, often sent to voicemail, to receive updates on my car as so few were given. Even after scheduling an appointment for 10:30am, I had to call at 3:00pm to find out it hadn't even entered the shop yet. The most frustrating part was their "diagnosis" of my car- the exact same problem I wrote in the information box when scheduling the appointment. They failed to even read the memo stating the issue prior to drop off. Customer service reached out to provide a coupon on the next service, but there will be no next time. Please do not waste your time at this establishment. More
