From the first contact that I had over the phone with Joe Sckipp (Sales Manager), I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. They had to bring the Tacoma V6 PreRunner in from Wilson and get it prepped for me which took 1.5 days. When I went in, everything was perfect with the truck! I test drove it and then we finalized the deal. Chris (F&I) was also great to work with and I was out of his office in less than 15 minutes (unheard of in any of my previous vehicle purchases at other dealers). Once the financing was complete, Ryan set up the BlueTooth connectivity in the radio to work with my phone, showed me how to operate everything, gave me free touch-up paint (also unheard of) and I was on my way. If you are from the Hickory area, I HIGHLY recommend making the trip to Toyota West because they are LIGHT YEARS better than your local choice!!! I will DEFINATELY purchase future Toyotas and have all of my service done at Toyota West. More

There was a short wait (no fault of Jerry or TW) but well worth the time. No phone calls, emails, etc just a straight forward deal! Would do business again, but planning to keep my Camry for years to come. Don’t try the other “Big guys” go to Toyota West! More
