Unparalled service! I have never had a better experience at a dealership. The cerfitied SUV was flawless and I was so pleased with the price they gave me. Everyone there from the sales manager to the custodian made me feel so welcomed. They treat people like life-long friends. Working for a dealership is not just a job for John; he truly cares about people. He is very honest and good-hearted; his family, his community, and his customers are what are most important to him. Also, I spent only 15 or so minutes in finance and insurance. Mike was so efficient and professional and really respected my time. The dealership gave me a year of free maintenance which I can't wait to take advantage of so I can go back and see all of my new friends. This dealership has set the bar pretty high in this area in terms of customer service. I will buy from them again and recommend them to folks. More

I went to test drive cars today. I have been looking for a car for over two months. When we drove on the lot of Toyota West, a very friendly salesperson, Russell Seward greeted us. He took us right to a 2009, used car with 1900 miles. I loved the looks of the car. Russell proceeded to explain every detail of the car, front to back, inside and out. I do not know much about cars, however, Russell explained details I could even understand. He had me sold on the car before the test drive. I believe I got an excellent deal and I was impressed with the overall professionalism of the staff. Mike Gurley was very efficient with the paperwork and explaining warranties, etc. I would send my friends and family to Toyota West. I hope I will be dealing with them in years to come. After having horrible experiences at Scott Clarks Toyota and Mike Johnson’s of Hickory, and Toyota of North Charlotte, I finally found a dealers ship that LISTEND, honest, humble, and great price, I bought and Mike Johnson’s of Hickory, and Toyota of North Charlotte, I finally found a dealers ship that LISTEND, honest, humble, and great price, I bought a 2010 Corolla LE. I love it. Ryan was my sales rep. He honored my request of not being pushy, and allowed me to test drive what several cars. The sales manager Joe was also nice and not pushy, but what made the sale really great was meeting the owner Mr. Bertolami. Mr. B ,as he is referred to by his staff, and I have something in common, we love to bow hunt. We spoke several minutes about archery set ups, etc. I explained my reason of needing a fuel efficient Corolla. My wife and I both compete at the pro level in 3-D archery events and the cost of fuel was our greatest expense (Chevy Colorado 4wd loves gas). Price was more than fair. When my wife and I picked up the car the following morning, it was spotless! Ryan, Joe and Mr. B are easy going. Mr. B also donates a lot of money to charity to that helps kids. Toyota West will be my first on only place that I will shop the next time we need a car! More

Rating is probably more affected by final price in buying process. Price was met after a competitor made a better offer.
